After Lori and Anthony’s wedding ceremony the wedding party went to the Jefferson Memorial to take photos.  On the way back the party stopped at the Old Ebbitt Grill for a cocktail.  As we all filed in both Dana and I thought we saw a familiar face standing in the front of the restaurant.  After walking back to the bar we both went “wasn’t that Darrell Waltrip?”. Dana and I went back to the front of the restaurant to see and sure enough the 1989 Daytona 500 winner was standing there with his family waiting for a table!  We said hello and he was kind enough to allow the wedding photographer snap this picture.  Very cool bonus in an already great day.
